Restful Sunday

We had to be up early enough to catch the 10:00 am bus to church. We also had to get dad out to the door for an overnight trip. Can I tell you, Kimberly does such a good job that not only did we make it to the bus stop by 10 we did it with a minimal amount of tears and the kids were sweet and happy to head out the door to church. Lucy has zest for life. When she goes somewhere, it’s not half hearted, she is GOING! If you say it’s time to walk to the bus her little feet want to run to get there. She runs with a smile on her face and a happy thought in her heart. She enjoys life.

I had the best time praising the Lord this morning at church, here we are in England, and then all over the world His people will be praising Him. What a GREAT day to be part of the Body of Christ.

Because we walk so much we see the front gardens of the homes, we would call them townhouses. The colors are beautiful. Today we stopped into the local nursery and I took a few pics to share with you,

First is the heather. It comes in several colors and is delightful and the potted plants are full of them. IMG_2140

Next are the cyclamen for winter cheer IMG_2142

And, this is for Deborah, the plant nursery owners put sparkle lights in the lanterns. Made me think of you.

Lastly, is my fun guy, Zack. He’s putting on a new face today.

Hugs!

God is Jehovah. The name of the independent, self-complete being—“I AM WHO I AM”—only belongs to Jehovah God. Our proper response to Him is to fall down in fear and awe of the One who possesses all authority.
